Utilites

Water
Inside Saginaw city limits, water service is provided by the City of Saginaw. You can request service by calling the city's Water Utility Billing Office at 817-232-4640, emailing ubilling@saginawtx.org, or to learn more about Saginaw Water Service click here.
Trash/Recycling
Garbage & Recycling Pickup
Garage Collection is every Monday and Thursday. Depending on your address, recyclables are picked up on Monday or Thursdays.

There is not Trash pick up on the following holidays:

  • New Years Day
  • Thanksgiving Day (Collection moved to Friday after Thanksgiving)
  • Christmas Day
If New Years or Christmas Day fall on a Monday or Thursday, trash will be picked up the following day.
