The KSB Committee has expanded their efforts for the fine artistic beautification of Saginaw Texas and has recently collaborated with local artist Erica Rosa for a project in Willow Creek Park. Recently, she painted some of the manhole covers in the park to add art, beauty and color to an otherwise uninteresting manhole cover in spacious Willow Creek Park.
