One or more members of the SAGINAW CITY COUNCIL may attend a Citizen Summit at the Saginaw Recreation Center, 633 West McLeroy Blvd., Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. The Citizen Summit is being hosted by the City of Saginaw to allow citizens the opportunity to give input on the future vision and goals of the City of Saginaw. No action will be taken on any matters by the City Council during this reception.
